選用介詞at的場合

介詞 at 主要可用于以下幾種場合，家長需提醒孩子特別注意的是at在固定短語或習(xí)慣搭配中的使用。

用于鐘點前

·at ten o’clock

·at a quarter to six

用于時刻前

·at noon/night/midnight(半夜)

·at sunrise(日出時)

·at dusk(黃昏)

·atdawn/daybreak(黎明)

eg:We will leaveatdaybreak.我們將在黎明時動身。

用于表示進(jìn)餐時間。如：

·at breakfast/lunch/supper(在早餐時/午餐時/晚餐時)

eg:He drinks teaatbreakfast.他在早餐時飲茶。

用于表示年齡時。如：

·at 14(=at the age of14在14歲)

eg:He left homeatthe age of 16.他十六歲離開了家。

用于一些固定短語或習(xí)慣搭配中。如：

·at Christmas

·at New Year

·at Thanksgiving(感恩節(jié))

·at the beginning/end of last month

·at the moment/at that time

·at this time of day

·at a bad time of year

·at first(起初)

·at last(終于)

選用介詞on的場合

用于星期、日期(包括該天的各部分)前

·on Sundays/weekdays

·on Monday morning / afternoon / evening

eg:I'm flying homeonSunday afternoon.我星期天下午乘飛機(jī)回家。

【溫馨提示】“在周末”既可以說at weekends，也可以說on weekends

eg:I often go fishingon/atweekends.我經(jīng)常在周末去釣魚。

用于morning/afternoon/evening/night/day前

此時這類名詞前多有修飾語或帶有of等引起的后置修飾語，指具體的或不具體的某一日

·on a cold afternoon

·on the night of October 1, 1997

·on the first day

·on his birthday

·on Friday afternoon

用于公共節(jié)假日前

·on Teachers’ Day

·on Christmas Day/Eve

·on National Day

at，on

需要特別注意的是，

·at New Year(在新年期間)

·at Christmas(在圣誕節(jié)期間)

·on New Year’s Day(在元旦那天)

·on Christmas Day(在圣誕節(jié))

用于泛指一天的上午、下午、傍晚

如：in themorning/afternoon/evening/night

用于某個較長的時間，像世紀(jì)、朝代、年、月、季節(jié)

·in 1997

·in the twenty-first century(在二十一世紀(jì))

·in one’s fifties(在某人50多歲時)

用于表示“從現(xiàn)在起，多久以后或多長時間內(nèi)”的短語之前

She’ll see me againina week’s time.一周后她再來看我。

I can draw a beautiful horseinfive minutes.

我可以在五分鐘內(nèi)畫好一匹好看的馬。

There are seven daysina week.一周有七天。

省略介詞的情況

有些情況，既不用in，也不用on和at，時間前面可不帶介詞。家長可以讓孩子認(rèn)清標(biāo)志，注意哪些情況下要省略介詞，避免畫蛇添足。

next，last，this，that與時間名詞連用作狀語時

We’re going to work on a farmnext Sunday.下個星期天，我們要去農(nóng)場勞動。

They visited the Great Walllast year.去年他們參觀了長城。

today, tomorrow, yesterday, the day before yesterday,等之前

Are you freetomorrow night?明晚你有空嗎?

Where did you gothe day before yesterday?前天你去哪兒了?
